Merry Christmas

Memory is a funny thing, its already been so long but some memories never fade. I still remember my first kiss not so long ago. It was a wonderful day that i will not forget, but things come and go. Life must move on. Time has passed and already i am in university, a next step in life, surrounded by soon-to-be adults. It seems like the time to step into society is not so away. The next 3 and a half year will determine how i will step into society. I will finally understand what all these years of preparation is truly worth in this world!

Symbols

Only till now have i realized that symbols are important not only in English class but also in our everyday existence. Every living being should have a symbol that represents the very essence of their being. Having one defines very much ones own character just like how every knight has a house shield showing where their loyalties lie and who they owe allegiance.. I recently read this book about facing fears and it says "believing and staying true to oneself is the key to unlocking your courage and turning the fear on itself".
I believe in the power of this statement, and finding your own symbol, i believe, is what is defined in this sentence. To have a symbol tells us what our character is and is a channel for what we believe in.
After searching and researching, i found my symbol to be in animal form. A wolf to be exact. The wolf is an animal that relies on the power of the pact and victory through unification. They roam anywhere they wish and let nothing hold them back. They are calm and fearless on the surface but have a type of primal power that cannot be defined by any word that i know. This is who I am.

Turning a New Page

I have decided to once again start a blog. I am going to make a few promises to myself and anybody following this blog:
1. I shall tell only and only the truth.
2. I shall continue this on a weekly basis until i graduate from university.

So this is my first post in 6 months. My prior experiences have been unpleasant when it concerns blogging and events during this period of time has not been uplifting. However, it is time that i face my fears and begin anew.

So these few days have been quite uneventful since final exams are over and the only possible thing i can look forward to is boxing week. I realized that i haven't changed styles for a bit(for those who know me) and i plan to experiment. Quite a while back I watched a taiwanese drama called "black and white"( great drama, my personal favorite) And many people who have watched the drama have said that I looked like Mark Chao (without the gel-ed up hair) And since i have similar looks, i've decided to try his style. I know i know, its not very creative but i'm trying something new so cut me some slack.

Boxing week is therefore a day i look forward to very much. I also seriously need to get a suit that fits me.
